We are always available on the whatsapp number of our office (+39 3513657114) for customers who are inside our apartments. Furthermore, in the file we send with the check in instructions there are other numbers you can contact for any emergency.
You can leave your luggage in the apartment for free after check-out time, until 12:00.
If you have different time requirements, we will provide you with the address of the paid luggage storage closest to the apartment you have booked.
